F-IEA attends the Study Visit and Site Visit organised by the Czech Republic
The F-IEA Foundation could attend online the Site Visit and Study Visit held on 22th & 25th of September 2020. Both events were organized by the RRAPK, where the best practices have been shown in basis of previous choice of AQUARES partners in the final report A3.3 Exchange of site visits to align the necessary water reuse initiatives with the appropriate technologies and business models developed by the AQUARES partnership, more specifically by Murcia.
During the site visit, the best practices of Botanica K and Hydrogopark Pátek were presented concerned with water treatment, recovery and awareness technologies in the Czech Republic. Meanwhile, the study visit has been focused on the best practices of the Pardubice region with the aim of transferring experience on water reuse implementation and monitoring problems in the Czech Republic.
There were expectations for these studies to be celebrated in face-to-face interaction, as it would be easier for everyone to understand the best practices shown. Nevertheless, the online version offered greater availability for participants to not waste time and feel more secure considering the current pandemic situation. The online approach proved to be a great added value in connecting people, since 44 participants have been actively contributed.
