In this project the following objectives are proposed:
1. Review the precepts of the Proposal of the Autonomy Statute of Castilla-La Mancha which should follow the very strict criteria of constitutionality required.
2. Identify the arguments that should be used in the subsequent valuation work and critical analysis of these rules.
3. Measuring the degree of impact that the aforementioned regulation may have on the legal position of the State and other Autonomous Communities.
4. Mark the possible lines of behavior, based on Law, which would fit such statements against statutory every moment of the parliamentary proceedings of the mentioned Statute Proposal and, if appropriate, after approval.

This project aims to test the disinfectant effectiveness of tertiary treatment systems installed in some sewage treatment plants in the Region of Murcia. The work will be carried out based on microbiological studies of the water outlets of the different treatment phases of the sewage treatment plant, especially with regard to strategies for particle removal and disinfection in the tertiary stage.

The main objectives of this project are:
1. Generation of an economic indicators system associated with supply failure indicators in a river basin.
2. Implementation of the economic indicators of supply failure in a Mediterranean basin.
3. Determining the economic value of environmental assets associated with a water body in the Mediterranean basin. Interpretation of the economic value of environmental flow.

The overall objective of this project is the creation of regionalized climate change scenarios of very high resolution over the Iberian Peninsula (30 km) and over the southeast of the peninsula (10 km), by applying a regional climate model (RCM). It is expected to obtain a set ("ensemble") of climate change simulations with a detailed scale capable of distinguishing between different regional climates. This ensemble will also allow getting an objective quantification of various sources of uncertainty inherent in climate modeling, as well as assigning probabilities to the various projected climate change scenarios, including the frequency distributions of extreme weather events.

This project aims to:
1. To analyze the variability of the nitrogen retention capacity at the level of stretch in the river beds being studied (Wadi of La Parra and Chicamo River). That is, to intensify the work we have developed in these channels at the level of stretch.
2. To analyze how the presence of reed beds affects the nitrate removal rates. This means to expand the study to some sections colonized by reed bed.

This project aims to study and monitoring the operation of the rights exchange centers (Water Banks) of four river basins in order to specify the scope of its effectiveness as an instrument of redistribution and social optimization of flows, of realignment of uses, as well as the rationalization of its use. It will also be instructive to check the concessionaries who have participated in the operations of the Water Banks, especially those related to desalination activities (which are allowed by Article 13.4 of TRLA, as amended by virtue of Law 11/2005 of June 22), as well as the main destinations -environmental or not- given to the flows acquired by the Hydrographic Confederations.
This project will allow verifying one extreme of utmost importance to Spanish water law which is still unresolved, such as cost recovery.

The main objective of this project is to carry out a serious and integrated study of the state of Water Planning in Spain, and especially the review process of the various basin plans which are being carried out by EU imperative.

One of the most relevant aspects of the hydrological planning in Spain includes water transfers of the Tajo-Segura canal, which is being subject of controversy in recent years due, among other reasons given by its detractors, the decreasing flows in the Tagus river headwaters. However, the causes of the possible flow decrease have not been clearly established.
This project aims to study the evolution of flows in the Tagus river headwaters, paying special attention to groundwater runoff over the last 30 years.
