These workshops were designed to analyze the legal regulation of the Tajo-Segura water transfer to bring out their peculiarities and fundamentals. Thus, an examination of the legal basis for its recognition; the comparative experience of other water transfers; the environmental assessment of their performances; the legal and technical exploitation regime; the administrative organization; the peculiar economic regime; the transactions of water use rights; the contentious litigation; the assumptions of liability by modifying the legal use title to and, finally, the impact of the reform of the Statutes of Autonomy in its maintenance.
