IEA Foundation has participated in the Summer School "Water and Environment".
IEA Foundation has participated in the Summer School "Water and Environment" held on 17 and 18 June in Cuenca. IEA Foundation took part in the course with the paper "Towards a water governance without internal frontiers", which discussed the current status of water governance in Spain with examples and case studies.
The course examined issues related to water and environmental protection and attended college students, technicians and professionals, and members of unions and agricultural associations, environmentalists, neighborhood, etc..
The course offered a multidisciplinary view on current challenges of water management, the scope of the recent developments in the Law of Waters and contribute to the dissemination of environmental information and encourage citizen participation in decision-making concerning water.
