Presentation of project Hydrological Modeling in Semi-arid Areas.
During 12, 13 and 14 December were held technical conferences to present the draft Hydrologic Modeling in Semi-Arid Zones.
In those days have involved 60 researchers in the field of engineering, economics, new technologies, geology and ecology.
This project has been coordinated by the IEA Foundation jointly with the Universities of Murcia and Cartagena Polytechnic, and supported by the Directorate General of Universities and Scientific Policy.
The project is part of the Regional Plan for Science, Technology and Innovation and shares his principles, such as, alignment with other initiatives and national plans and international cooperation between different research centers and government; internationalization, focus, having prioritized a important area for the region as water resources, and finally, social innovation, because the results will help solve a recurring problem.
