The book "The constitutionality on water of the new statutes. Speaking of the draft Statute of Castilla-La Mancha" was presented by the President of the Region of Murcia, Ramón Luis Valcarcel and Angel Garrorena, Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Murcia who developed the publication together with the professor of administrative law, Antonio Fanlo Loras.
