The Regional Minister of Agriculture and Water, Antonio Cerdá, together with Antonio Fanlo, Professor of Administrative Law at the Universidad de la Rioja, presented the book "The legal regulation of the Tajo-Segura water transfer" last July 30 in the hall of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water.
This book is the result of the compilation of all papers issued in the conference held in November 2007 in the Regional Archive of Murcia.
