The Foundation’s general director speaks at the 2nd Forum “Economic Development and Water Management” co-organized by FMAEA and the City Hall of Roquetas de Mar”, in collaboration with Water, Energy and Food Mediterranean Forum.
This meeting involves a large number of experts and researchers who analyse the current management of water resources, the new models of sustainable development, as well as, the advances in three areas such as water, energy and food.
The main goal of the Forum is to be a platform for studying, researching, teaching, and sharing knowledge on the water-energy-food nexus, focusing on governance and regulation, and aiming to be open to the public and productive sectors. The Forum's focus is on the Mediterranean region, which has distinct features and strategic significance. It aims at making a positive impact and it is characterised as credible, specialized, and independent. It promotes a society that is open, connected, transparent, responsible, and efficiente while advocating for the interests of the Mediterranean territories.
